Reduced Hours Program
Kilpatrick Stockton's reduced hours arrangement is tailored to the specific circumstance of the associate and arrangement with that associate's Team. Generally, salary and bonuses are pro-rated to the hours expected under the reduced hours arrangement. The Department or Team partners must approve a reduced hours arrangement, which also must be approved by the Reduced Hours Coordinating Partner (reviewed for consistency with other arrangements).
