Participation in the Kilpatrick Stockton Summer Associate Program is highly selective. We're looking for people whose strengths include, but extend far beyond, intellect. People who strive towards excellence in everything they do. Those who will make a unique contribution to the firm. People who want to make a difference from day one.
Our interview process is more personal and different than what you will experience elsewhere. Your interview experience actually begins the evening before your interview with a dinner that includes other candidates with whom you will vie for a spot in the Summer Associate Program. This is done as we continually strive to create an atmosphere of collaboration, not competition. Dinner typically takes place at the home of a Partner where you will meet and interact with other attorneys and their spouses in a more relaxed and social environment.
