At Kilpatrick Stockton, there are numerous programs in place to help our people make the most of their time.
With respect to billable hours, Level 1 Associates are required to bill 1900 hours per year. Level 2-5 Associates are required to bill 1950 hours. All Associates are expected to record a minimum of 30 hours to pro bono matters, and a total of 50 hours of pro bono time will count toward meeting the minimum billable hours requirements. The Firm also encourages Associates to invest 400 hours of time in practice development, recruiting, community activities, and other activities that contribute to the success of the Firm.
