If you're looking for a firm that provides feedback, your quest ends here. Our Associates undergo two formal evaluations each year: (1) a mid-year review in which Associates receive written feedback on their progress during the previous six months and (2) an annual report in which Partners provide Associates with a top-to-bottom assessment of their performance for the previous year, giving praise and advise, while also evaluating an Associate's readiness to advance to the next level. That's on top of the day-to-day feedback you'll receive from Partners on a wide variety of projects.
