Summer Associate:
Evaluations
The firm has a structured evaluation rotation scheduled for every three weeks, after which the Summer Associate meets with an assigned evaluator who relays the feedback from the assigning attorneys. Feedback is also given on a more informal basis each time a Summer Associate turns in a completed assignment.
