What you will appreciate even more, however, is our policy of awarding compensation based on your total contribution to the firm—rather than simply applying a lockstep years-in-practice formula.
Here, compensation is highly individualized, rewarding your unique contribution to your development and to the firm. You will always have the opportunity to enhance your own compensation package, which is based not only on client work, but also on investment in the future. Significant bonuses—up to 25% of salary—are awarded based on your total contributions.
